Easter Bunny’s Chocolate Fantasy Cake

Another cake that I was asked to make by a work colleague; this time to celebrate the fact that lent was over and she could eat both chocolate and cake again. It was a triple-layer devil’s food cake with a thick dark chocolate filling and an indulgent dark chocolate frosting that covered the cake. That was topped off with grated 70% dark chocolate and milk chocolate chunks. Before being finally crowned with a milk chocolate Lindt gold bunny.
